"MEN COME AND MEN GO"- A TRUTH!!!
WORDS SPOKEN TO ME IN ANGER HAVE BEEN USED BY THE HOLY GHOST TO REVEAL THIS MESSAGE OF GOD'S GLORIOUS TRUTH!!!

Isaiah 40:6b-8
Introduction:
Before Stephen and I married, I received an angry phone call from a woman extremely jealous of our engagement who angrily said to me "Men come and men go" in the lives of women as though that would be life's greatest loss and disappointment. (Truly, life's greatest loss and disappointment that anyone could ever suffer is NOT the loss of a husband or wife, etc. The greatest disappointment and loss that one could ever experience is leaving this world without The LORD Jesus Christ as both Savior and LORD of one's life. Whereas this life on earth is but for a fleeting moment in God's eternal time, an eternity in hell's eternally-burning flames never, ever ends. Leaving this world without Jesus as Savior is truly the greatest loss and disappointment anyone could ever endure......and endure eternally.) The person's words, however, reflected the bitterness of one's own personal failings, personal hurts, personal disappointments, and divorce of many years ago. I later heard the same woman's words repeated to me by a family member close to the person and very close to me...."Men come and men go".... repeated with much less anger and less underlying bitterness. The intent of the remarks were to manipulate me, instill fear in me, and embitter me towards Stephen and towards marriage in order to keep my undivided attention upon the individuals though I had lived alone with Jesus for over fifteen years and desired to marry Stephen. It is of interesting note that the first person who said these words to me comes "faithfully" to our website via her Humana work computer, even after over two years of not speaking to me, to see if our marriage to one another is "gone" yet!!! The second person is in Glory with The LORD Jesus Christ. While I have forgiven this and whereas the words were said against me before we married in anger, fury, bitterness, and jealousy, the words have been used by The LORD Jesus to place a message from The LORD and ONLY Savior Jesus Christ in my heart to all people who live, breathe, and have their being here on this earth. The Author of this message is indeed The LORD Jesus Christ Himself.
Message:
"MEN COME AND MEN GO"- A TRUTH!!!
Everything that lives on earth has a fore-ordained end. Every experience while on this earth has a fore-ordained end.
Some things end before death. Some things end at the moment of death. But each person, each relationship, each experience, etc., comes to eventually go. There is but ONE thing that will continue on and on and on throughout eternity and that is the souls of each and every person who has ever lived. Eternity will be spent either in one of two places. In Heaven.....or in an eternally-burning hell.
Let's take a brief look, (for the list is indeed too long), at that which comes and goes......whether going at death or going before death in some instances.
Men come and go.
Women come and go.
Children come and go.
Families come and go.
Marraiges come and go.
Friends come and go.
Riches come and go.
Fame comes and goes.
Poverty comes and goes.
Material goods come and go.
Jobs come and go.
All persecution for The Name of Jesus Christ comes and goes.
The Bible clearly states that we (people) are as the grass that is here today full of life and gone tomorrow. The curse of death came upon every man, woman, and child at the point of Adam's sin in the Garden of Eden. A curse came upon the ground at the point of Adam's sin. God spoke these curses and they will never fail. His Words stand. Period. ONLY the souls of all human beings will live forever in eternity somewhere......eternally living in Heaven or in an eternally-burning hell.
I can remember very plainly driving along in Kuttawa, Kentucky several years ago while admiring God's beautiful handiwork and thanking Him for it as I viewed the fields, the lovely trees, the wondrous beauty of nature. Then The Holy Spirit spoke something so plainly to me. I did not hear an audible voice but may as well have for the words were so plain and so clear. This is what He said....."I am going to burn it up." Indeed, this brought me out of my state of admiration at the works of His hands in nature and brought me to The Word that He had etched in my heart through the years. Indeed, The Word of The Almighty God and LORD Jesus Christ tells us PLAINLY that indeed He IS going to burn up this old world in which we live. ALL is going to be gone. He will create a new Heaven and a new earth. He will fold up the Heavens as a scroll.
So seeing that ALL is going to go the way of death, how much devotion and admiration for the temporal things of life are we to have while here? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you are rich or poor? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you have fame? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you are slim or fat? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you are of a particular political party, etc.? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you look young or if your looks, etc., fall to age? Does it ETERNALLY matter if spouses, families, children, parents, etc., love and accept you or do NOT love and accept you? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you are handsome or pretty or less than this? Does it ETERNALLY matter if you are in perfect health or in grave illness? Do your sorrows, heartbreaks, disappointments, afflictions, persecutions ETERNALLY matter?
DO THESE THINGS ETERNALLY MATTER, BELOVED?
There is only ONE thing that ETERNALLY matters, Precious One, and that one thing is whether you repent for your sins, believe in The LORD Jesus Christ, are baptized and are living for Him while in this world that is on count-down to destruction. All of us primp our bodies to make ourselves "look nice" while here on earth never realizing most of the time that the bodies we primp are going to lie in a grave somewhere at some point in time and the flesh will be rottened, decayed, bug-ridden, etc., unless we are alive on this earth when The LORD Jesus returns at The Rapture. Even for those who live to see Rapture on this side of Glory will find their corrupt physical bodies gone and replaced with spiritual bodies. Death will escape no one just as The Word of God tells us.
We had better get our minds and hearts off of the trappings of our bodies and lives and get our minds and hearts ONLY upon The LORD Jesus.
Stephen is well-known in this home by something he says repeatedly to me over and over and over and over when I place my eyes on life's joys, life's disappointments, life's losses, life's trials, etc. He says to me "Keep your eyes on Jesus!"......"Keep your eyes on Jesus!"...... "Keep your eyes on Jesus!". This is how Jesus has taught him to live. Jesus taught him this during the hardest parts of Stephen's life here on earth. His adherence to this way of life makes him the calmest person I have ever met on this earth. Good can come or bad can come......yet he stays perfectly calm and simply puts all into God's hands for HIM to deal with. He is a man of great faith in The LORD Jesus Christ. He is a very strong yet humble man of God. He is a very quiet man. He envelopes my definition of a gentleman. When he almost died with an infection around (and involving) his heart in 2005, he simply rested quietly for Jesus to take care of him whether by healing his body or by taking him on home with Him. When he had adult hydrocephalus develop in the 1980's with resulting brain surgery, he simply rested in Jesus to do what He would do for him. He praised God in songs continually on his bed of affliction. While God did heal him both times, Stephen knew not beforehand if Jesus was going to heal him here on earth or take him on home with Him by death. When he has experienced losses in life, he has learned to trust Jesus to take care of it all for Jesus is his priority. When he has failed God and sinned, he has simply taken it with a sincere heart of sorrow and petition for forgiveness to God and has known at that very moment that God, through The LORD Jesus Christ, has forgiven him. What is it, Beloved, that Stephen has learned in his life here on earth that makes such a difference in how he perceives things here on earth? He has learned that JESUS is ALL that ETERNALLY matters!!! Jesus is placed before all things in his mind and heart. Jesus is placed before me and before all of his family and loved ones.....FOR IT IS ONLY JESUS THAT ETERNALLY MATTERS, BELOVED!
Are your eyes, mind, and heart focused on the things of this earth? Are they focused on relationships? Are they focused on money, fame, poverty, sickness, sorrows, heartaches, persecutions for The Name of The LORD Jesus, etc.? If they are, Beloved, a trip to a local graveyard would be a good thing for you to take. While you are there, look at the grave-markers. Ask yourself this question..... "When this person died and entered eternity, what REALLY mattered?" You will know the answer to this question for the answer is that it is ONLY whether they were saved by the grace of The LORD Jesus or eternally lost that really mattered when they took their last breath on this earth. NOTHING else mattered!
Seeing that our eternal salvation in and by The LORD Jesus is the ONLY thing that matters in life, should we not live each and every moment unto Him? Should we not live a life of praise for and to Him? God has given us the opportunity to be forgiven of our sins and be eternally saved by The LORD Jesus. Shall we not accept it....this free pardon of sin? Or shall we continue to walk the broad way of the world past the narrow path that leads us to Jesus and find that hell awaits at the end of life's road? Truly, each and every human soul that has and ever will live on the face of this earth will spend eternity in one of two places.... Heaven....or hell. You will make your choice. God's Word shall not fail, Beloved. Repent, believe, be baptized, and begin a life of service and love to and for The LORD Jesus Christ ALONE, Beloved. Jesus will eternally save you and He will NEVER leave you or forsake you, Precious One. To quote my husband that I love and thank with all of my heart, "Keep your eyes on Jesus!"
"All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the LORD blows on them. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever."
Isaiah 40:6b-8
