We need prayer again for Stephen.

The urologist called last night to inform Stephen that his recent PSA level after his surgery of November 9th, 2009, was 3.6.  This shows that there are still cancer tumor cells in Stephen's body.  He will meet with a radiation specialist next week.

Satan can do nothing to destroy a true child of The LORD God Almighty Jesus Christ.  Jesus teaches plainly in His inerrant and infallible Word that the devil does not give life....nor can the devil take life.  None of us are leaving this world until Jesus' appointed time.  Period.  The devil has only his "toys" of persecution, illness, mental torture, threatenings, etc., etc., etc., to use in his efforts to destroy a true child of God.  The devil is not concerned about bodies, Beloved.  He is ONLY interested in destroying faith in The LORD Jesus Christ. A true child of God's faith fails not.  He or she, by God's grace and mercy, endures til the very end loving, believing, and trusting in The LORD God Almighty Jesus Christ.  Satan feeds on fear.  The Word tell us that the ONLY one we are to fear is God....The LORD God Almighty Jesus Christ.  Period.

Please pray for us during this new trial by fire.  Please pray for Stephen's total healing.

OUR JESUS PRAISE CELEBRATION REPORT AFTER STEPHEN'S SURGERY!!! ALL GLORY BELONGS TO GOD!!!  HALLELUJAH!!! THE LORD JESUS HAS HEALED STEPHEN!!!

On November 9th, 2009, Stephen had to have his cancer-filled prostate removed.  Dr. Richard Pearson, in Memphis, Tennessee, removed it by way of a robotic procedure called "The Da Vinci Prostatectomy".  All went well during the surgery, thanks be to The LORD Jesus ALONE, and I was able to bring Stephen home from the hospital the very next day. 

We just found out today, November 16, 2009, that there was NO cancer in the lymph nodes that the doctor removed for testing during Stephen's prostate surgery on Monday!!!  Praise Jesus!!!  Praise Jesus!!!  Praise Jesus!!!  Since the day of Stephen's surgery, it has been a time for us to dance and dance and dance in praise to The LORD God Almighty Jesus Christ for the undeserved mercy, grace, loving-kindness, and compassion that He has shown us through all of this!!!  All glory goes to God Almighty!!!  It is His ALONE!!!

Oh, Praise Jesus ALONE!!!  Hallelujah!!!

Dr. Pearson said that the prostate was cut up into thirteen sections by the pathologist and all of the prostate was cancer-filled.  Because the cancer extended to the edge of the prostate, the doctor said he can only be 99.9% sure that he got all of the cancer out.  He will keep check on Stephen's PSA levels and if it shows anything above zero, he said he will treat Stephen with either medicine or with radiation. 

It is scary to realize how close we were to Stephen being filled with metastasis.  The doctor said that if Stephen had chosen radiation over surgical removal of the prostate, metastasis would have definitely occurred.  Job said to God at the end of the book of Job that he had heard of God with the hearing of the ear but that now he could see Him.  That is how I feel now.  My blessed Momma was faithful in telling me that "God doesn't come early.  He doesn't come late.  He comes right on time."  Mom was right.....again.  Oh, Praise God!!!

Stephen was even at Church yesterday morning.  He said he felt compelled to go.  He is getting stronger and stronger.  We are so very thankful for all that Jesus has done for him.  The doctor said that Stephen will have to be off of work longer than the two weeks that we had originally thought.  He said his stamina will be lessened for a time to endure a night's work.  Jesus will strengthen him, though.  This we know.  He is already doing it.

We thank you for your powerful prayers for Stephen.  We thank you for standing by us during this trial that we have been through.  We will be eternally grateful for you!!!  Please continue to pray that we never again see this evil cancer raise its ugly head ever again.  In Jesus' Name.

The compassion Jesus has shown to us is something we are so very, very, very thankful for.  Oh, the mercy and grace of The LORD!!!  How very tender is He!!!  We deserved nothing from Him and yet He performed His wonders gloriously!!! 

I am so very happy.  Just as He did with Sarah in the book of Genesis, Jesus has caused me to laugh.  

Where would we have been if you had not prayed for us??? We cannot thank you enough!!!  Where would we have been if our beloved Pastor had not anointed him with oil, laid hands on him, and prayed for his healing???  You just don't know how very much each one of you have blessed us through this attack from the devil!!!

Just had to write to tell you all about it.  Have enclosed three photos at the end of this Jesus Celebration Report.
