Our lives have recently been touched by a denomination that The LORD Jesus, in His faithfulness, has exposed as a cult. We had started attending a New Testament Christian Church (NTCC) in May 2008 without full understanding and knowledge of it being written about as a cult in explicit details by ex-members of NTCC in many articles available on the internet. It was in June 2008 that The LORD Jesus led us to His desired revelation pertaining to this group. We have now escaped another spiritual Babylon and all thanks goes to The LORD Jesus Christ ALONE for this.
Because the very same thing can happen to you, we must emphasize the importance of researching the religion and denomination, etc., that you are involved in or that invite you to participate with them. God sent His Holy Spirit to lead His true children into The LORD Jesus' Christ's truth. God has many apologetic sites, etc., available on the internet filled with truths about these cults, denominations, and false religions. Explore and study, Beloved. Your spiritual safety is of utmost importance to The LORD Jesus. Because we are in the last days, there are many, many, many cults, false religions, etc., abounding in great number even in what is calling itself The Church. Much false doctrine has crept in but if you will follow The Holy Ghost's leading, He will lead you into all truth pertaining to these things.
If your denomination or religion you are researching is not included in the Comprehensive Index of Cults and Religions, research it through Google, Yahoo, etc. God will lead you to the truth, Beloved.
God's revelation of truth about the false in these last days causes great heart-break as He reveals things that we were unaware of, but He will encourage you in His Word and will lead you until the day He calls you out of this world. He does not want His true children involved with the spiritual Babylon of these last days. Flee as He desires for you to do. Don't be afraid to leave a false religion or cult of denomination. Any rejection you might experience is but a temporary thing for this world and all things in it WILL pass away just as The LORD Jesus' Word says and none of the ills of this world will be remembered when you step into Heaven for all of eternity with Jesus. There are many, many, many Christian support groups for those leaving cults, false religions, etc. Seek these groups out on the internet. Ex-members of cults, false religions, etc., will be used by The LORD Jesus to help you and encourage you as The LORD Jesus Christ heals you from the scars of the spiritual abuse you have encountered.
